We return to the joy of being alive.
Through breath, movement, and connection, we open our hearts and awaken emotional freedom. This is a day of liberation.
DAY 3 EARTH: AUTHENTICITY & ANCESTORS
“I am rooted in who I
truly am.”
We ground.
We connect to the body.
We remember the wisdom of our ancestors and the power of our truth.
Through nature, ritual, and sisterhood, we reclaim what we were never meant to forget.
DAY 4 FIRE: ALIGNMENT & RISING
“I burn away what no longer serves and rise in truth.”
We step into the sacred fire.
We meet our inner voice, our fierce knowing.
We reclaim the parts of us we’ve abandoned and step into full soul alignment.

We journey to a secret, ancient place where women have connected to their creative power for centuries.
Through ritual and sacred immersion, you'll reconnect with the wisdom that lives in your womb — your center of creation, intuition, and feminine power.
DAY 6 WATER: ABUNDANCE & FLOW
“I open, I receive, I flow in divine trust.”
We soften.

We allow life to flow through us.

Rooted in ancient traditions and grounded in embodied wisdom, Malaika has lived with Indigenous tribes, trained with elders, and carries teachings that can only be passed through lived experience. Her presence ignites remembrance of the body as a divine vessel, of intuition as truth, and of our innate connection to the Earth.
